Photos that feel like the day felt
Meet Jacob
Hi, I’m Jacob Mory, a Temecula wedding photographer serving couples across Southern California.
Your wedding day moves fast. My job is to slow it down in photos you’ll come back to for years: the nerves before you see each other, a hand in yours, the joy that carries the whole day.
Not comfortable in front of a camera? You don’t have to be. I’ll direct you the whole way and keep it relaxed, so you can just be together.
Eight years of courthouse weddings, elopements and full celebrations, from Temecula wineries to backyard “I dos.”
Complete your marriage license application online and book your ceremony appointment at the county's Temecula office.
We meet about 15 minutes before your appointment for a few photos of you arriving together.
I photograph the ceremony, the rings, your first kiss and hugs with your guests.
We head to Old Town Temecula for relaxed portraits.
Your sneak peek arrives within 5 days, and your full gallery follows.
A 50% retainer reserves your date, and the rest is due 15 days before.
How your courthouse day goes
Testimonials
We wanted our San Diego courthouse wedding to stay small and simple, but we still wanted it to feel special. Jacob made that happen. He knew exactly where to take us for photos around downtown afterward, kept us relaxed the whole time, and caught every little moment with our families. Our photos feel like us.”
Jeremy & Lauren
Eloping in Temecula was the best decision we made, and having Jacob there made it even better. He helped us plan the timeline around golden hour in wine country and found spots we never would have found on our own. He made the whole day feel effortless. Every time we look at our gallery, we’re right back in that moment.

In Temecula, civil ceremonies are held at the Riverside County Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder’s Temecula office, 41002 County Center Drive, Suite 230. Appointments are recommended, and you’ll complete your marriage license application online before you arrive. In San Diego, ceremonies are held at the County Clerk’s downtown office in the County Administration Center, 1600 Pacific Highway, overlooking San Diego Bay. Appointments are required and open up to 7 weeks ahead, and you can get your license and have your ceremony in the same appointment.
-
Riverside County lists civil ceremonies at the Temecula office at $96, and San Diego County lists them at $107. The marriage license is a separate fee in both counties. Check the county’s website for current pricing before your date.

For most couples, yes. Two hours covers your arrival, the ceremony, photos with your guests and a relaxed portrait session nearby. If you’re planning a lunch or dinner afterward, you can add time at $350 per hour. If you’d like less time, hourly coverage starts at $800.
-
The Temecula office’s outdoor ceremony area allows up to 15 guests, so it’s a good fit for immediate family and a few close friends. In San Diego, outdoor ceremonies have no guest limit, and indoor ceremonies allow 15 to 20 guests depending on the room.
-
Yes, in both counties. In Riverside County, a friend or family member age 18 or older can be deputized as a Commissioner of Civil Marriages for the day, and the county lists the fee as $59. In San Diego County, the Deputy Marriage Commissioner for a Day fee is $115, and the notarized application is due at least one month before your ceremony.
-
Totally. I’ll direct you the whole time and keep things relaxed, so you never have to wonder what to do with your hands. Most couples relax within the first few minutes.
